Aldus Society
The Aldus Society in Columbus OH is open to all individuals who appreciate the many facets of text and image through various media, but principally the book, past, present and future.

Harriet Beecher Stowe House
Located in Cincinnati, the Stowe House is operated as a cultural and educational center to promote black history.

James Wright Poetry Festival
The James Wright Poetry Festival is held annually in early spring. Major poets meet poetry enthusiasts in Martins Ferry Ohio, Wright's home town, to read, hear, and talk about poetry and the work of James Wright.

The Jerome Lawrence & Robert E. Lee Theatre Research Institute
Jointly administered by the Ohio State University Libraries and the OSU Department of Theatre, the Lawrence & Lee Institute, established by the prize-winning, Ohio-born playwrighting team, collects, preserves, maintains, and makes accessible research materials pertaining to performing arts, with a primary emphasis upon live performance.

Ohio Arts Council
The Ohio Arts Council is a state agency that funds and supports quality arts experiences to strengthen Ohio communities culturally, educationally, and economically.

Ohioana Authors Radio Series
The Ohioana Library, in partnership with NPR 820 WOSU AM and with a "We the People" grant from the Ohio Humanities Council, launched the "Ohioana Authors" 52-week radio series on NPR 820 WOSU AM.

Ohio Center for the Book
The Ohio Center for the Book at the Cleveland Public Library promotes books, reading, libraries, literacy, and authorship throughout Ohio with a special emphasis on Ohio's literary heritage.

Ohio Humanities Council
The Ohio Humanities Council is an independent, nonprofit organization funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities and private contributions. The OHC awards grants and presents its own cultural programs across the state.

The Ohio Channel
The Ohio Channel is a service of Ohio's public broadcasting stations. It combines Statehouse coverage with local programming to give a statewide perspective on issues that affect the lives of all Ohioans. DVD, VHS, or audio cassettes of the Ohioana Day Awards Luncheon may be purchased from this site.

Ohio State University Cartoon Research Library
The Cartoon Research Library's primary mission is to develop a comprehensive research collection of materials documenting American printed cartoon art (editorial cartoons, comic strips, comic books, graphic novels, sports cartoons, and magazine cartoons) and to provide access to these collections.

Orange Frazer Press
Orange Frazer Press specializes in publishing books about Ohio and publishes the only information almanac about the state. In 2000, Orange Frazer press was awarded an Ohioana Citation in publishing.

Paul Laurence Dunbar House
Located in Dayton, this Italianate turn-of-the-century structure was the final home of the poet Paul Laurence Dunbar. It exhibits his literary treasures, many of his personal items, and his family's furnishings.

Poets' & Writers' League of Greater Cleveland
The Poets' and Writers' League of Greater Cleveland is a literary organization that promotes writers and their work throughout Northern Ohio.

Thurber House
The Thurber House is a literary center for readers and writers located in the historic former home of author, humorist, and New Yorker cartoonist James Thurber.

Upper Arlington Cultural Arts Commission
The mission of Upper Arlington Cultural Arts Commission is to provide and promote a diverse, lively, accessible arts environment that advances the cultural assets and enriches the quality of life of the community.

Wired for Books
The Wired for Books website, hosted by Ohio University's WOUB Center for Public Media, features regional and national authors reading their own work.

Wooster Book Company
A publishing company and book store located in Wooster, Ohio, owned by David Wiesenberg. In 2002, David received an Ohioana Citation for his contributions to the humanities in Ohio.
