Ricky Clark, Oberlin Ohio
Ricky Clark is the author of four books, Quilted Gardens: Floral Quilts of the Nineteenth Century (1994),
Come One and All! A History of the Lorain County Agricultural Society and Its Fair, 1833–1900 (1995),
A Bicentennial Exhibition: Western Reserve Quilts as Cultural Documents (2003), and
Quilts of the Ohio Western Reserve (2005).
She also co-authored, with George Knepper and Ellice Ronsheim, Quilts in Community: Ohio’s Traditions (1991), which won a
1992 Ohioana Book Award, and Germanic Folk Culture in Eastern Ohio (1986), with Stanley A. Kaufman.
