E.F Schraeder
Author of As Fast as She Can (Sirens Call Publications, 2022) and Liar: Memoir of a Haunting (Omnium Gatherum, 2021), which was an Imadjinn Award finalist (2022), E.F. Schraeder is also the author of a story collection and two poetry chapbooks. Recent work has appeared in Lost Contact, Moonflowers & Nightshade, Mobius: The Journal of Social Change, and other journals and anthologies. Schraeder’s nonfiction has appeared in Vastarien: A Literary Journal; Radical Teacher; the American Library Association’s Intellectual Freedom blog, and elsewhere. Awarded first place in Crystal Lake Publishing’s 2021 Poetry Contest, E.F. Schraeder’s work also placed as a semi-finalist in Headmistress Press’ Charlotte Mew Contest (2019). Janet Shailer
Janet Shailer received a B.A. from Bowling Green State University in 1971. In her early career, Shailer worked as a broadcast engineer for two NBC-TV affiliated TV stations and Warner Qube’s cable TV network. Later she worked as a videographer/writer/producer of public affairs programming for Columbus Community Cable Access. Her writing career includes working as a contributing editor for Television Broadcast magazine and writing for other national and regional magazines.
She worked as editor of the Southwest Messenger newspaper for nine years, and spent another five as a reporter/photographer. She co-authored two books, with Laura Lanese, for Arcadia Publishing – Images of America: Grove City and Images of Modern America: Grove City, and has written a novel. She serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for Southwest Public Libraries.
Jennifer Ann Shore
Jennifer Ann Shore is an award-winning, bestselling author based in Seattle, Washington. She writes romance stories that go a little deeper than the standard tropes. Carter Sickels
Carter Sickels is the author of The Prettiest Star (Hub City Press, 2020), winner of the Southern Book Prize, the Ohioana Book Award in Fiction, and the Weatherford Award, and the novel The Evening Hour (Bloomsbury, 2012). His debut novel The Evening Hour (Bloomsbury), a 2013 Oregon Book Award finalist and a Lambda Literary Award finalist, was adapted into a feature film that premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2020. His writing has appeared in The Atlantic, Oxford American, Poets & Writers, Guernica, and Catapult. He lives in Cincinnati.
Rox Siles
Rox Siles was born in Bolivia and moved at a young age to the United States. She grew up in Michigan where she got married and attended medical school. She currently works as a physician in Ohio.She developed a passion for writing children’s books after reading bedtime stories with her son. One night, they couldn’t agree on which book to read. It was at that moment they created, “Charlie the Turtle and the Muddy Birthday Cake.” Rox discovered her first illustrator, Monica Kimmell, after seeing her fantastic chalk art drawings on their hometown’s sidewalks. After a recent visit to a local Ohio farm, Rox was inspired to write her first bilingual book, “Paco the Alpaca (Paco la Alpaca) Goes to the Dentist (Va al Dentista.” She knew Martynas Marchiusm would be perfect to bring Paco to life.In her free time, Rox enjoys spending time with her family and their two dogs, Tika and Jazz. Her stories are often influenced by their family adventures and her Spanish heritage. Rox’s goal is to share positive messages with children through her bilingual books.
Jamie Lyn Smith
Jamie Lyn Smith is a writer, editor, and teacher. She earned her BA in English and Theatre from Kenyon College, her Masters in Education from Fordham University, and her MFA in Creative Writing from Ohio State. Jamie Lyn is the Fiction Editor at BreakBread Magazine and a Consulting Editor for the Kenyon Review. Her work has appeared in The Pinch, The Mississippi Review, The Kenyon Review, American Literary Review, Yemassee, Bayou, and other fine literary magazines. She is currently working on Hometown, a novel about millennial crises and the rise of white nationalism in the rural Midwest, for which she received a 2020 Ohio Arts Council Individual Excellence Award. Her short story collection, Township, is forthcoming from Cornerstone Press in January 2022.
Lucy A. Snyder
Lucy A. Snyder is the author of 15 books and over 100 published short stories. Her most recent titles are the apocalyptic horror novel Sister, Maiden, Monster and the collection Halloween Season. She lives near Columbus, Ohio with a jungle of houseplants, a clowder of cats, and an insomnia of housemates. Tricia Springstubb

Jyotsna Sreenivasan
Jyotsna Sreenivasan is the author of the short story collection These Americans and the novel And Laughter Fell From the Sky. Both are about Indian Americans. She was selected as a Fiction Fellow for the 2021 Sewanee Writers’ Conference. Her short stories have been published in literary magazines and anthologies. She received an Artist Fellowship Grant from the Washington, DC Commission on the Arts. She was born and raised in Ohio. Her parents are immigrants from India. Dorri Steinhoff
Dorri Steinhoff grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago where she developed a love of nature, art and architecture. She met Joe Kuspan while in graduate school in Cincinnati. Their common interest in art and architecture led to numerous design and renovation projects including two boutique shops in the Short North Art District of Columbus, Ohio and five central Ohio homes. They are currently enjoying watching the seasons change at Glenbrow with their two daughters, Maren and Sofia, while continuing to restore the 1964 Glenbrow tower.
